stars entity

During my summer vacation at 5 grade they gave me an assignment to make an model on our solar system,
As everyone else i was very eager in completing the same . At that during my process of making the solar system model i just got pensive with the thought of how everything within our solar system is formed and how do stars word . At that time my passion towards astronomy begins .
Today lets see about how stars form and the typical life cycle of an star.

STELLAR NEBULA :
As i said everything has an beginning so the birth of an star also begins from an solar pond of gases called stellar nebular . which you can see in the below diagram.
this image is taken by huble telescope in eagle nebula
The pillars of creation, eagle nebula

the above image shows how masses of gas form's into an star

STAR:
with based on the accumulation of the masses and the gravitational field of the star the size of the star is determined . That is greater the size of the star the faster the star will die . our sun is an average size star with enough hydrogen fuel for it to last for decades .
size comparison
the star UY Scuti is considered the biggest known.
It's only 30 times the sun's mass, but has a radius more
than 1,700 greater than the sun.
and the above comparison shows now large the stars can be .

Next lets look at the life cycle of the star's
BY this diagram you can definitely see the life cycle process of the star .
when else the smaller stars like our sun follow the average star path in which it would became an red gain after it completely exhaust its hydrogen fuel and after some time iron stars to form at its core , and after that there is no turning back since iron is an stable nuclei atom there will be no further fusion reaction on the core of the sun and the sun starts to collapse in its own gravity resulting in an great explosion called planetary nebula , which would release enormous energy and in center in we can not see the white core of iron and its called white dwarf which is an final stage of our beloved sun.

So lets see what happens to larger stars out there in universe
for larger stars after exhausting their fuel they will form an red supergaint star which at time there would be so large they cover several light years of width . and after that they colloid in gravitational field .
and within fraction of seconds there will be an immerse burns of energy called supernova which have the power of scattering planets and nebular several hundred kilometers away from them . they are like the giant time bomb in space . and next stage of the star depends upon their mass and density the either colloid to form an black hole or an neutron star (this two can even written in separate topic since its so huge to explain about ) .. hope you all enjoyed the blog if any doubt feel free to leave a comment i will be definitely replying to the same
